The Performance tab charts two numbers for each exercise over time.
1RM
A tested one-rep max. In each session, PeakPlan takes the heaviest completed set of exactly one rep.
e1RM (estimated 1RM)
An estimate from a heavier set of a few reps. PeakPlan takes the heaviest completed set of 2 to 5 reps in the session and applies the Epley formula:
e1RM = load × (1 + reps ÷ 30)
For example, 100 kg for 3 reps gives an e1RM of 110 kg. Sets above 5 reps are not used, because estimates get less reliable as reps go up.
What counts
- Only sets marked completed, with reps and load filled in.
- Loads are shown in the athlete’s unit system and converted automatically between kg and lb.
Below the chart, the Performance Log lists every completed entry for the exercise, with your instructions and the athlete’s note. Pick a different exercise or period at the top to change the view.
