- Open the athlete from your Athletes list.
- Click Invite Athlete.
- Enter their email address and send the invite.
The athlete receives an email with a link to create their athlete account. Until they accept, their profile shows Invitation Pending.
Cancel an invitation
Click Cancel Invitation on the athlete’s profile or in the athlete list. The athlete stays on your roster, and you can invite them again later.
If the athlete already has an account
An athlete who already has a PeakPlan athlete account should log in first at app.peakplan.co/athlete/login and then open the invite link again.
Each email address can only belong to one athlete on your roster. If you see “An athlete with this email already exists”, that athlete is already on your list.
