Every new coach account gets a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You can see when your trial ends under Settings → Billing & Subscription.
To keep going, click Upgrade and choose a plan. Your athletes, programs and data carry over.
When the trial ends
If you haven’t picked a plan, you’ll be asked to select one to continue programming. Your athletes still have access to the programs you already published.
